SargaThai in Columbus, Ohio
Floor-Based Stretching, Movement, and Deep Therapeutic Work
Thai massage is a floor-based, clothed modality that combines stretching, passive movement, joint mobilization, and deep pressure.
It’s often described as “moving mediation” and the experience is that slow, deep, and more grounding.
You don’t book “Thai Massage” as a separate service.
You book The Session, and I use Thai techniques when your body needs them.
What Makes My Thai Massage Different
1. Performed on the Floor
Floor work allows for:
better leverage
smoother movement
more controlled stretching
deeper compression without strain
It’s stable, grounded, and creates a calm sense of pressure and support.
2. Slow, Intentional Stretching
This is NOT aggressive, forced, or fast stretching.
Everything is paced to your breath so your system can actually receive the work, not resist it.
3. Passive Movement That Helps You Unwind
I guide your body through:
hip opening
spinal mobilization
shoulder and chest opening
rotation work
full-body rhythmic movement
You don’t have to do anything — the movement is done for you.
4. Compression + Stretch = Faster Release
The combination unlocks areas that massage alone can’t reach.
5. Integration of Sarga Techniques (when needed)
If you're a good fit, I blend Sarga Bodywork into Thai work.
This allows:
deeper fascial contact
anchored pressure
smoother transitions
longer-lasting results
This fusion is unusual and highly effective.
What SargaThai Helps With
Thai massage is ideal for people experiencing:
tight hips
low back tension
restricted rotation or mobility
stiffness from lifting, training, or sitting
neck/shoulder limitation
feeling “compressed” or tight globally
recovery from heavy physical or mental load
Clients often say Thai work feels like:
“someone reset my whole body without forcing anything.”
What SargaThai Feels Like
Clients describe it as:
stretching without effort
movement that feels relieving and natural
gentle unwinding
joints that feel like they can breathe again
supported, not forced
calming and opening
moving meditation
It’s relaxing, opening, and highly effective for mobility-driven needs.
How I Approach SargaThai
Even in movement-based work, I follow the same guiding principles: presence, intention, breath awareness, clean mechanics, ease, and working with the body’s structure instead of against it.
This keeps the movement safe, controlled, and grounded.
Do You Book SargaThai Separately?
No. You can request it though. Typically you book your Session.
If your body needs movement-based work, I incorporate SargaThai.
If it responds better to anchored, grounded pressure, I adjust.
Everything adapts to your body, not the other way around.
