FAQ

What kind of bodywork do you do?

I practice floor-based bodywork that blends:

  • Sarga Bodywork (barefoot deep fascial pressure)

  • Thai Massage techniques (stretching, passive movement, joint mobility)

  • Fascial decompression and anchored glide

  • Breathwork and pressure mechanics

It’s a single system.
You tell me what’s going on, I decide what your body needs.

What is “The Session”?

The Session is a 120-minute floor-based experience that combines deep fascia work, Thai stretching, movement, breathwork, and structural support.

Every session may include:

  • anchored pressure

  • skin-contact Sarga Bodywork

  • Thai Massage techniques

  • passive stretching

  • joint release

  • fascial decompression

  • breathwork

  • nervous system downshifting

One session.
One flow.
One complete approach.

Why 120 minutes?

Because this work can’t be rushed.

Floor-based bodywork is deeper, slower, and more layered.
It requires time for:

  • tissue to open

  • breath to settle

  • movement to shift

  • the nervous system to adapt

  • the body to reorganize

120 minutes gives your system what it truly needs without rushing.

Depends on what we do:

  • Thai + movement work → fully clothed

  • Sarga Bodywork on skin → undress to comfort, draped

  • Blended → may shift between both

You can stay clothed the entire time if you prefer.

Do I stay clothed or undressed?

Is everything done on the floor?

Yes.
Floor-based work provides more leverage, deeper pressure without force, smoother transitions, and better stability.

It’s simply the most effective way to work.

What does Sarga Bodywork feel like?

Sarga Bodywork uses a long silk strap to anchor deep, barefoot pressure with smooth glide.

It feels:

  • slow

  • steady

  • supportive

  • deep without forcing

  • grounded

  • highly effective

Most people say it’s the deepest work they’ve ever felt without pain.

How is this different from traditional Thai Massage?

I use Thai Massage techniques, but this isn’t traditional Thai.

It’s slower, deeper, more structured, and blended with:

  • Sarga Bodywork

  • fascial decompression

  • barefoot pressure

  • breath mechanics

  • modern movement science

If you’re searching for Thai Massage or stretching in Columbus, this is the most complete version you’ll find.

Do I choose the type of session?

No.
There is only The Session.
Typically, I decide what blend of work your body needs each time. But, if you have a preference for what you want for the session just let me know.

What results can I expect?

Most clients feel:

  • less tension

  • better mobility

  • calmer breathing

  • improved sleep

  • more stability

  • less stiffness

  • better recovery

  • increased support in their structure

  • more awareness of how they move

Results compound with consistent work.

Bring comfortable athletic clothing.

If we shift into skin-contact Sarga work, you’ll undress to comfort with professional draping.

What should I wear?

No.
This work is private pay only.
HSA should cover but check with your provider

Do you take insurance?

How often should I come?

Most clients benefit from every 2–4 weeks depending on their goals and workload.

Do you offer memberships?

Yes, memberships are available after your first session.

Do you take tips?

No.
Everything is included in the session price.

What’s your cancellation policy?

12 hours. I am a father and my schedule is built around my kids and you. I ask you take that into consideration. If you cancel less than 12 hours before your session, your session will be forfeited. Obviously extenuating circumstances.

Is this trauma-informed?

Yes, without the buzzwords.
The work is slow, predictable, and grounded.
SargaThai allows you to stay clothed, and nothing is ever forced or rushed.

Short sessions don’t allow enough time to understand what your body is doing or create meaningful change.

This work needs space, not speed.

Why don’t you offer shorter sessions?

Because you’re not coming here for “a massage.”
You’re coming here for change.

This approach:

  • is slow

  • is strategic

  • works with fascia + breath + movement

  • uses grounded pressure the body actually accepts

  • doesn’t overwhelm your system

  • adapts in real time

Most people feel the difference immediately.

I’m skeptical, why should I choose this over a regular massage?
